Not really surprised by this, but I have not used ‘luminescent’ in my works. I tried ‘glow’ and ‘bright’ but the results weren’t what I wanted to share. Therefore, I am taking liberties and giving you a tiny paragraph from The Grey House, Book Two, Inside the Grey House with the word ‘glowering’. Yes, I connected the dots and made it work:
Vincent came back to himself and stood. He helped Lilly to her feet, thanking her for her help. He waved her away and turned back to Anthony, who stood glowering at the bottom of the steps.
