From The Grey House, Book Two, Inside the Grey House:
Natalia knew she didn’t have to say where she had been. She could keep the necklace, say nothing of her whereabouts and Vincent would never know. But she didn’t want to lie to Vincent, and if he didn’t know, Julia would never know either, which was unacceptable. Natalia finished tying the end of the bandage, cleaned her hands with disinfectant wipes she kept in her glove compartment, and took the necklace off the rear view mirror. There was no way she was keeping the necklace. Julia deserved to have it back, deserved to know Theodore no longer horded it. Placing the necklace carefully in her fist, Natalia opened the door to her busted up car and went upstairs to face her judgment.
