From The Grey House:
“And nervous werewolves are bad.”
“Yep. Although we should probably head back to the estates before the full moon.”
“When is that?”
“Eight days.”
“Keep reminding me.”
“Yep.” He turned away from the stove. “Food’s ready.”
She went to the stove and took the plate he offered. She ladled out some food and sat at the kitchen table. Charlie joined her a moment later. They talked of little things as they ate. Charlie went to shower as Natalia cleaned up and put things away in her own kitchen. She usually hated doing dishes, but today, it helped to remind her that she was home, and safe.
